Ironlist Terms of Use

1 Service and provider

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Ironlist application and related services provided by OldIron Works ("we", "us" or "our"). Ironlist provides task, project, checklist and schedule management functions. Inquiries regarding these terms or the service may be submitted to support@oldiron.work.

2 Use and choices

Core task features do not require an account. Please read and understand these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the relevant services. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, discontinue use of the corresponding services. Nothing in these terms affects rights granted under applicable law. Calendar access, notifications, optional analytics and backup depend on your choices or permissions. Declining optional features does not prevent basic task management. Users below the local age of independent consent should use the app with guardian guidance and any required permission.

3 Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights to your content. You must have permission to process content you enter or share and comply with applicable laws. Do not infringe others' rights, submit illegal content, attack the service or send spam feedback. We process content only as needed for features you choose and do not claim ownership of your tasks.

4 Data, backups and reminders

Tasks are mainly stored on your device; OldIron Works does not host task cloud synchronization. Keep backups of important information. You choose your backup service and manage its availability, costs and access with the provider. Backup files are not separately encrypted; persons with file access may read their contents. Restoring a backup may replace current local data; check before restoring. Reminders may not arrive on time because of device conditions or settings. Do not rely on them as the sole safeguard for medical, safety or other critical matters.

5 Feedback

You can submit text feedback with an optional email for manual replies. Feedback is retained for 180 days and deleted after expiry, as explained in the privacy policy. A successful submission confirms storage, not a promise of a reply, response time or implementation of a suggestion. Do not submit passwords, complete backups or unnecessary sensitive information.

6 Third-party services

Optional Google usage analytics, Android services, your backup provider and sharing recipients have their own terms and privacy policies. Cloudflare stores and processes feedback information. Network or third-party fees may apply; review their conditions before enabling features.

7 Software and intellectual property

App content and brand identifiers belong to their respective rights holders. Use them within the authorization granted to you. These terms do not limit your rights under applicable law or relevant licenses.

8 Changes and responsibility

We maintain and improve the app but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or suitability for every purpose. Features may change; significant changes will be explained through appropriate channels. Back up your data before stopping use, uninstalling or important updates. Where permitted by law, responsibility for device, system or third-party failures beyond our control depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing excludes non-excludable liability, consumer rights or legal remedies.

9 Updates and contact

Material changes to these terms will carry an updated date and any required notice or renewed consent. You may stop using the app and contact support. Disputes follow applicable law without excluding mandatory protections. See the privacy policy for privacy questions and data requests.
